I’m getting ready today to argue Tuesday in my appeal against Tennessee’s insurance industry fraud program that has two commissioners as bagman.
Oral arguments are Tuesday at the 1 p.m. docket. I’ll probably make appearance live on the court’s live feed at 3 p.m. central time. The hearing will shortly appear on YouTube on the court system’s channel.
LIVE ON INTERNET 1 p.m. docket CST, 3 p.m. argument, Supreme Court building, 401 7th Avenue N. Nashville, 37219. Live feed https://www.tncourts.gov/courts/court-appeals/arguments/2026/05/19/state-tennessee-ex-rel-david-jonathan-tulis-v-david
My argument is that the chancery court of Davidson County dismissed State ex rel. Tulis erroneously because I have a constitutional right to a hearing and am able to bypass sovereign immunity protections that do not shield public servants committing nuisance or fraud, neither of which are a government operation.
This scam creates among insurance industry non-customers — the poor — 112 false criminal convictions every day in Tennessee.
Jeff Long in safety and David Gerregano in revenue claim that the immunity doctrine shields them from my demand that they comply with the Tennessee financial responsibility law of 1977. Their scam began in 2002 and ramped up Jan. 1, 2017, with the EIVS verification program, the misuse of which I dub “The Eye of Sauron.”
Please support me in my work. I am on the payroll of no church, nonprofit group or other organization. I earn my bread as a common laborer when not doing my gratis legal work in the public interest and in the furtherance of christendom itself.
I wonder if it is time for people like yourself to marshall their efforts and cover me so I can sue full-time to end numerous abuses of the weak and the poor, the orphan and the widow whom the Scriptures repeatedly require to be protected from the mighty ones, the leaders, the satraps, the commissioners, the governors, the mayors and the mighty ones of our day who exploit them and harvest them for bread.
Thank you for your support, prayers and consideration. Please make a point of sharing my work, subject of a blackout except for my media outlets.
