We are fighting to reverse evil conclusions by judge Pamela Fleenor who has supported, apart from law, the mass fraud and harm of Gov. Lee’s overthrow of the constitution. The money through the portal, and gifts handed or mailed to me, have uplifted my spirits and indicated support for the law itself that I am seeking to uphold through petition for writ of mandamus. Your subsidy helps make the following case.
A mandamus is one of the people’s most powerful tools against lawlessness in high places and government.
A writ of mandamus COMPELS the official to do his duty and obey the law. In our case, I cite a single statute, Tenn. Code Ann. § 68-5-104, as having been violated.
I argue that because Gov. Lee and local health departments violated that law and ignored its plain duties, there is no nonfraudulent exigency, ground, warrant or legal cause for ANY state of emergency on ANY grounds. The law requires each local health department to make a determination as to the cause or “agent of infection” of a health or disease outbreak.
As I indicated in a letter to Francis M. “Trey” Hamilton III, the U.S. prosecutor in Knoxville, that’s nigh impossible:
Dr. [Ralph S.] Baric’s expertise was understanding how to modify components of the coronavirus associated with cardiomyopathy. NIAID Grants AI 23946 and GM63228 (leading to patent U.S. 7,279,327 “Methods for Producing Recombinant Coronavirus”) was the NIH’s first Gain-of-Function *** project in which Dr. Baric created an “infectious, replication defective” clone of recombinant coronavirus.
Meaning, no determination or isolate can be made of the source of the pandemic because there is, at bottom, not a distinct virus, the bioweapon of Dr. Anthony Fauci of NIAID et al being an “infectious, replication defective” clone based on an animal world coronavirus, according to Dr. David Martin.
I have been ill with the flu and with pneumonia since the day after Christmas, and am in bed today. I am in the Soddy-Daisy Tulis house guestroom. Its door opens into a booklined hallway, chiefly my set of American Jurisprudence encyclopedias next to the bathroom door.
