Hullander ignores violation v. ‘commerce, travel’ in state law

Matt Hullander, left, is running for mayor of Hamilton County in Southeast Tennessee. Like most officials and candidates, he pretends the CV-19 state of disaster was a nonevent barely worth mentioning as a municipal government topic. (Photo Matt Hullander campaign)

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Jan. 20, 2022 – A prodigal British government has retreated from CV-19 protocols jerry rigged top-down for two years against the ancient liberties of the English, with Prime Minister Boris Johnson coming to himself, as it were, and changing his mind.

Most Covid-19 restrictions are gone in Great Britain. CV-19 passports. Mask mandates. Work restrictions.

Perhaps in Hamilton County, Tenn., people and their elected officials will also do a volte face. They will figure out the evils of overthrow of law and the job- and life-smashing power under the rule of  opinion, legal presumption and junk science.

But not yet.

Mayor candidate Matt Hullander says Mayor Jim Coppinger plaque-deservingly has  “done a great job.”

The sores are open, untended, bleeding and many.

➤  The constitution forbids a state of martial law, even by civilians. Art. 1 Sect. 25. But that’s what happened March 12, 2020 and dates following.

➤  The local health department head I sued, Becky Barnes, admits in court to violating Tenn. Code Ann. § 68-5-104 because she has “discretion” on making a “determination” as to the origin and cause of the so-called SARS-CoV-2 outbreak. The county will be dunning me F$11,000 for suing this official over her misconduct and official oppression.

➤   Tenn. Code Ann. § 68-1-201 on quarantine power says “the commissioner [of the state health department] shall prepare and carry into effect rules and regulations that [will] *** with the least inconvenience to commerce and travel, prevent the spread of the disease.” Nashville shanghai-ed Hamilton County and its entire dronelike officialdom into a role imposing the greatest “inconvenience to commerce and travel.”

➤  Despite the duty to demonstrate a bona fide exigency, respondent Gov.Lee wrongfully interfered with the state economy April 2, 2020, with his “safer at home” edict, “(2) Pursuant to the authority vested in the governor under subdivision (a) (1), the governor may issue executive orders, proclamations, and rules and may amend or rescind them. Such executive orders, proclamations, and rules have the force and effect of law.” Tenn. Code Ann. § 58-2-107. No lawless exercise of authority against Hamilton Countians deserves cooperation and administration by Mayor Coppinger or anybody else.

➤  The county’s jabs project arises from official misconduct and mass fraud, with the jabs the most lethal medical products in human history, claiming already hundreds of thousands of lives globally.

➤  Without a bona fide determination of an infectious agent for COVID-19, a demonstrated exigency, there exists no communicable disease to enable emergency power to operate, neither upon the executive branch (where it lawfully applies) and certainly not upon an imprisoned 6.8 million people (whereupon no executive power can lawfully apply whatsoever.)

No shame, no sorrow, no reform – repeat ahead?

Matt Hullander’s personal ties appear to make it impossible to see objectively the great mass harm done to his county and her people by people such as Jim Coppinger, county mayor, right, who appears not to have consulted the Tennessee constitution nor the Tennessee code a single time in the fraudulent pandemic of 2020. (Photo Matt Hullander campaign)

No shame. No sorrow. No repentance. No regret. No mournful heart. No recognition by Mr. Hullander that Mr. Coppinger’s oath-busting and hope-smashing breaches against constitutional government are real.

Mr. Hullander and Mrs. Smedley appear not to be people of ideas. They act personalistically, socially, in vast local networks of neighborly and friendly people. They electioneer on personal connection and interlinked social and family values.

Mr. Hullander – on the 1 to 10 scale – rates a “2.”

Also at “2” (remember, 2 out of 10) is Mrs. Smedley, a county commissioner and real estate agent.

Candidate Weston Wamp rates a “3.” He is a man of ideas, with insight into the key paradigm of the day, centralization v. decentralization. He rightly favors the latter via federalism, but he cannot break free of the personal investments he’s made locally, and cannot snip off the Lilliputian weaving of string like those immobilizing Gulliver when washed upon that foreign shore in Gulliver’s Travels.

Says Mr. Hullander in an FB post,

Grateful to join the Friends of Hixson this morning in celebrating the good work of Mayor Jim Coppinger. He’s done a great job and if elected, I hope to carry on his work to #makeitbetter for the citizens of Hamilton County!

This Tennessee county won’t “make it better” until its lot of masked moofs and aiders and abettors is removed.

In siding with the overthrow of government, they reject democratic public institutions and bodies of law for heroic, personal actions among “leaders” taking huge risks in torching the village to save it, as it were. They are Quislings to their country, aiding the occupiers and invaders, betraying their own to cooperate with lawless authority from afar.

‘Freedom fighters’ vs. U.S. military in N.C. wargame

The CV-19 pandemic of 2020 was wargamed several times, according to Robert F. Kennedy in his book, The Real Anthony Fauci. The pandemic let those I call “the good people” overthrow the government with medico-terror authoritarianism that has been in the works at leat two decades.

The wargames setting up the 2020 pandemic are as follows: 2000-2007 TOPOFF; 2003, 2005, Atlantic Storm; 2003, Global Mercury; 2005, Strategic Communication Laboratories Group psyops planning event; 2010, Lockstep Simulation (“rigid global tyranny *** the antidote to infectious disease”); 2016, World Government Summit with 3,000 participants from 125 countries on “the unthinkable”; 2017 Munich Lockstep; 2017, MARS Lockstep; 2017 SPARS, the “eerily precise predictor of the COVID-19 pandemic exactly three years later”; 2018 CLADE X on a “fictitious bioengineered pathogen” with no cure; and 2019, Crimson Contagion; 2019, Event 201. (Kennedy, pp. 404-426)

The federal government, which Mr. Kennedy shows has been cartelized by drugmakers and the biotech and “biosecurity” industry, is anticipating military hostilities in the U.S. between itself and gun-toting, flag-waving Americans like you. The feds are running a wargame in 24 North Carolina Counties, according to the Raleigh News & Observer, the source for these details.

The Robin Sage “unconventional warfare exercises,” as reporter Mark Price calls them in a Jan.10, 2022, report, are “realistic” and “live-action role-playing”exercises with Special Forces students, volunteer civilians and soldiers out of Fort Bragg from Jan. 22-Feb. 4 on privately owned land.

Young soldiers are battling seasoned “freedom fighters” of the Pineland Resistance, the Army tells the newspaper. The two-week “unconventional warfare exercise” will be staged Jan. 22-Feb. 4 on privately owned land and include flares, flashes and the sounds of gunfire (blanks only). “Residents may hear blank gunfire and see occasional flares. Controls are in place to ensure there is no risk to persons or property,” the army says.

However, advance publicity is intended to make sure civilians — including law enforcement officers — don’t mistake the fighting for terrorism or criminal activity, which has happened in the past.

“Residents with concerns should contact local law enforcement officials, who will immediately contact exercise control officials. *** For the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, safety is always the command’s top priority during all training events.”

The candidates face off against seasoned service members from units across Fort Bragg, as well as specially trained civilians, officials said. The setting is “characterized by armed conflict,” forcing the students to solve problems in a real world setting, the center says. ‘These military members act as realistic opposing forces and guerrilla freedom fighters, also known as Pineland resistance movement,’ the center said. ‘To add realism [to] the exercise, civilian volunteers throughout the state act as role players. Participation by these volunteers is crucial to the success of this training, and past trainees attest to the realism they add to the exercise.’

“Formal written notification to the chiefs of law enforcement agencies in the affected counties, with a follow-up visit from a unit representative. All civilian and non-student military participants are briefed on procedures to follow if there is contact with law enforcement officials. Students will only wear civilian clothes if the situation warrants, as determined by the instructors, and will wear a distinctive brown armband during these instances. Training areas and vehicles used during exercises are clearly labeled.”

Nurses say system breaking

Click Rumble to watch 5-nurses-speak-out-about-what-is-really-going-on-in-hospitals

“I met with 5 nurses on a single Zoom call who have all left their jobs,” Says researcher Steve Kirsch, “so they are no longer afraid to speak out about what is really happening in hospitals today. If you think our healthcare system is well run and there is no corruption, you are in for a big surprise.”

Mr. Kirsch is director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation.

The women from America’s Frontline Nurses tell of death threats, job dismissals, break ins, and shoddy treatment by the local police department. In the Rumble interview, you’ll hear about how in the hospital patients were not fed for nine days. A patient who wants Ivermectin requires a court order. Is there a hospital where you can get decent care? Yes, they know of one hospital in Utah. Why can’t we create a hospital that puts patients first?

Jab afflicts Gov. Gavin Newsom

Gavin Newsom tweeted he had Guillain-Barre after getting the booster. But he “quickly deleted the tweet after he made it,” says Mr. Kirsch. “I just talked to a friend of mine who mentioned that she follows Gavin Newsom and shortly after he got boosted, he tweeted he had Guillain-Barre. No doubt about it. He deleted the tweet soon after that.”

Wrong-way commitments

Tennessee officials who have refused to revolt against ultra vires, illegal, unconstitutional, lawless and harmful mass acts by government officials are, really, on the side of the perpetrators.

Dr. Sara Cody, health officer of Santa Clara County, Calif.

In Southeast Tennessee, keeping up friendly relations with incumbents who violated their oaths means that one rejects antithesis and separation from wrongdoers and malefactors.

For Hamilton County mayor candidates Wamp, Smedley and Hullander to play along with mass fraud, harm and abuse admitted in court, they are on the side of Sara Cody, the public health officer of Santa Clara County, Calif., who is imposing a new mandate four days from today.

“Her mandate to them is simple: get boosted, get an approved exemption, or be fired. While her mandate only applies for ‘higher-risk settings,’ this designation applies to just about every role that comes into contact with patients according to doctors I’ve spoken with,” says researcher Steve Kirsch, who resides in Santa Clara County. The edict, based on no study cited by the official, may slash by30 percent the payrolls of medical employees, police and jail workers.

“There are no studies anywhere in the world showing unvaccinated healthcare workers with no symptoms are a risk to patients,” Mr. Kirsch says. “So there is no science backing her mandate. Just fear. Dr. Sara Cody makes her mandates based on her belief system. And she has the 100% backing of the County Executive who is mandating something similar for all County employees. The Santa Clara Board of Supervisors likely will do nothing.”
