Blogger and activist Keelah Jackson plans to use transportation administrative notice in her quest to regain personal automobility after her driver license was suspended (and she is too poor to un-suspend it). She and I have just come from visiting register of deeds Mark Gravitt. On Wednesday we dealt with questions about the form of the notice (who, for example, prepared the document), the authority of Mr. Gravitt to register TAN as a public document, and whether Rheubin Taylor, county attorney, might understand that securing it in the public record aids in its prospective claims on police practice as a restatement of state and federal law.
