CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Friday, Sept. 27, 2024 — Today I am at my home office doing a make-good filing with the department of revenue to enter into the record my “statement of undisputed facts” in support of a motion for summary judgment against the oppressions run out of the Tennessee department of revenue.
Mistakenly, I did not file this statement four days previously, on Monday, when I submitted my main brief outlining a program that serves insurance corporations with “free money,” with the human toll being continuing criminal charges against the poor who don’t have owner’s or operator’s motor vehicle policies.
The case is overseen by the department’s chief administrative judge, Brad Buchanan.
My lawsuit in agency seeks to topple the illicit use of EIVS that by wicked policy is “the Eye of Sauron” burning across the motoring landscape statewide against more than 1 million motorists, and ultimately against all 6.34 million motorists who don’t have a choice and who “hafta” become insurance industry customers.
Gov. Lee got my letter asking him to intervene in this criminal fraud run from within the government about the time he signed this proclamation. I had included in the letter excerpts from the pleadings.
I am asking God’s providential care in this fight that began March 2023, with DOR’s first notice to me asking me why I am not a customer of the insurance industry, and threatening to revoke a tag on one of my cars, which it did in July, 2023.
