This nonsense about Tennessee judges holding expressly prohibited second offices of trust in violation of the constitution’s Article VI § 7 must cease.

By John Gentry

There are eight judges/chancellors in the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct, and two justices in the Tennessee Code Commission acting in violation of oath (Art. X, § 1) in violation of separation of powers in (Article II, § 2).

They are holding expressly prohibited second offices (Art VI, § 7).  These prohibited second offices are used to protect and perpetuate corruption, devastating the lives of thousands of Tennesseans emotionally and financially every year.

Sen. Kerry Roberts, I mention your email in this video —  https://youtu.be/JlvewS07DQo. Tell me who these traitor “legal professionals” and members of the Houses who falsely argue that the board of judicial conduct and the Tennessee Code Commission are not offices of trust.

I am advertising this video, pushing it onto tens of thousands of phone, tablet, notebook, and desktop screens across the state.

Please know that I will continue to publish the Houses’ malfeasance to the public until such time as the Houses come back into compliance with the Constitution of the State of Tennessee that established our form of government.  I am not going away.  I will never cease my work to restore the Constitution of this state.  I will only become more articulate on these matters.  My work will continue to resonate with more and more citizens until my numbers are sufficient to achieve fruition of my work.

It is only a matter of time, so why not fix this now rather than later?

John Gentry is a constitutional Republican and independent candidate for governor.
