Herndon tells Chattanoogans coal fly ash is villain in sky striping program


Dr. J. Marvin Herndon, a geophysicist and nuclear chemist, says the U.S. sky striping program uses utility waste products to inject cloud cover over the American landscape, all in the purported war on global warming.
