A medical disaster is denied to exist by fogbombing media and officials across state and the U.S., despite government data. My October 2020 lawsuit to stop mass death is blocked by Hamilton County chancery judge Pamela Fleenor, the state court of appeals in Knoxville and the Tennessee supreme court, which in a two-page order stating the lawsuit is not frivolous declines to hear the petition. CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Thursday, Nov 9, 2023 — Policy deaths from the CV-19 jab project have reached 1,335 reports to the federal government, or 133,500 deaths the more likely number.

The underreporting factor at VAERS, the vaccine adverse event reporting system run by CDC, is between 43 and 100. The likely total of 133,500 lost souls is the higher figure, meaning it is based on the assumption that one death in 100 is reported to the government site. Harms are at 1.4131 million, based on 14,131 filings by doctors, nurses, family members and other parties.

All told, 1,605,764 reports have been filed through Oct. 27, including data from other countries. A survey by Steve Kirsch indicates that “the COVID vaccines have killed 3.5 times as many people as COVID. This is a disaster.”

The Hamilton County department of health issues no alerts, creates no safety committee, has no protocols for handling the onslaught of death. It is headed by Dr. Stephen Miller. I was involved in lawsuit against the department administrator Becky Barnes, now retired, 878 days to compel the agency to make a determination of the agent of c0ntagion of the purported Covid-19 virus. It refused to obey T.C.A. § 68-5-104, citing “discretion” to ignore all of the six requirements of the law to determine cause of the flu.
