I fought 201 days in chancery court for a writ of mandamus, one I drafted with own hand and based on my legal research and knowledge. I’m in the court of appeals know, on Main Street in Knoxville, as a sui juris person, in his own flesh, as my own natural human being, a soul wrapped a body, as C.S. Lewis says. The deadline for my brief is late August.
Chancery court judge Pam Fleenor disregarded the law and principles of equity in issuing four dismissal orders in my single cause.
Mandamus is a powerful common law remedy requiring the government to obey the law that is clearly written and unalterable. It is a peremptory writ which instantly reaches the top of the docket.

The governor is rejecting obedience to the health law at Title 68, and instead is running his health and safety show on the basis of seven words and a period in the emergency law, Title 58. He is using force, threat and coercion on the healthy generally and not upon the sick specifically. He is violating the due process rights of 6.8 million people in Tennessee, and mandamus is the proper remedy to make him stop and to bring lawless government under the law. The rise of the purported Delta variant in summer 2021 brings the specter of a second closing of the state’s economy and life.
I’m soliciting your help for money that comes to me personally for my family, my house, my person, and my expenses as touching getting to and from court, filing fees, hiring a court reporter, spending time in law study and other expenses. When I go to Nashville to argue my case before the Supreme Court, I will have to spend the night and pay for gas.

David, IF Tennessee (which is a Republic founded and authorized by “the People”) is actually under Bill Lee, what good will be done by taking this case to any court that is also “under” Bill Lee?
You might consider instead, that IF the People of Tennessee (those that hold ALL power of the Republic) are “under” Bill Lee, how did they get there, and will they do anything about, or not? Since they hold ALL Lawful authority in and of Tennessee, how did they authorize Bill Lee to be “over” them, as if he were elected King? What do you actually expect all of the Kings men of the corporate courts to make of it? Since they sit also “over” the People, in the same constructive-fraud.
You say that you have been fighting for Liberty in Tennessee for your whole life, yet there is more fighting needed, while 34,000 men were put in the ground in 2 days of fighting for the same thing here in 1863. They lost everything, while those that were “over” them allowed their burial, but not the removal of the cannons that overlook the city. They, the martial Law, and the constructive-fraud that brought them to Tennessee remain. Centuries after the King surrendered, yielding his Sovereignty (ultimate political authority) to the People of this Land.
I believe that an appeal to the Kings men will fall on deaf ears the same way as our Declaration of Independence did in the past.
Why don’t you appeal instead to the People of Tennessee to re-establish their Republic, in the interest of Liberty and Justice for all.
Why don’t you sponsor the LibertyLetter, so that perhaps the People of Tennessee could rightfully identify themselves to Bill Lee, to demand his resignation.

Jon, the people do not realize they have been enslaved; they trust their fellow man to be upright and honest; a study of the facts, the actions of the “founders”, will reveal much self-serving corruption; i refer the readers to RebelMadman.com for history facts; my “name” links to a page where honest men consult (live) daily before Davids show; most people will not live rightfully until a boot has positioned their face into the mud, THEN they cry for justice and begging for help; most men stood by silently while government agents pointed a gun at a mans head demanding he drop the marijuana, as though a gun to the head was less dangerous than the marijuana (an example, i’m not advocating); and hear we are today, the gun is pointing at the one without the mask: men stood by even though marijuana grows wild by way of god, now those men cannot breath by way of god… but by way of mask ‘or-else’; the people have been trained to seek shelter from their oppressors, David (and you Jon) has overcome said training; the people haven’t; ……..
