PROPOSED ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT AND/OR REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
The below Proposed Articles of Impeachment have been properly filed in both houses of the Tennessee General Assembly and are public record (or should be).
Unfortunately, the Tennessee General Assembly does not care if judges commit crimes or violate rights, and they don’t even care to see the evidence.

Presumably therefore, the BAR and judiciary are in control of legislature which is why judges are above the law, and why our courts are so prevalently corrupted. That must change! No man is above the law including attorneys in black robes, aka judges.
Prior to the seating of Sumner County circuit court judge Joe H. Thompson, there were few if any appeals coming out of that court. Now, appeals are routine.
Also, soon after his seating, he taped a ghetto looking “COURTHOUSE RULES” sign on the front door of the courthouse, “NO audio or video recording devices without prior approval of the court.” Such “rules” had not been necessary prior to his seating.
Apparently Judge Joe H. Thompson hasn’t read the constitution he is supposed to be sworn to uphold which states in Art. I § 17; That all Courts shall be open. Apparently Judge Thompson felt the need to keep recording devices out of his courtroom. Hmmm…
In maintenance and support of impeachment against the following for crimes and misdemeanors and conduct in violation of oath of office
I. Judge Joe H. Thompson, Circuit Court Judge, Sumner County
Judge Joe H. Thompson, is Circuit Court Judge for Sumner County at Gallatin, with office located at: 105 Public Square, Gallatin, TN 37066, Phone 615-452-6771.
Incident to his position as a circuit court judge, Joe H. Thompson engaged in criminal and unconstitutional conduct with respect to a litigant that is incompatible with the trust and confidence placed in him as a judge as follows:
Article I
On numerous occasions, during court proceedings, Judge Thompson repeatedly and grossly deprived fair due process, which included deprivation of: right to be heard, right to present evidence, right to confront adverse witness testimony, right to present argument orally. Such conduct is in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242 and commission of crime while in office.
Wherefore, Judge Joe H. Thompson is guilty of crime and should be removed from office.
Article II

Wherefore, Judge Joe H. Thompson is guilty of crimes and should be removed from office.
Article III
On several occasions, during court proceedings, Judge Thompson conspired to extort money under color of law. Such conduct is in violation of Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-112 – Extortion, 18 USC § 1951(b)(2), and commission of crime while in office.
Wherefore, Judge Joe H. Thompson is guilty of crimes and should be removed from office.
Article IV
During court proceedings, Judge Thompson conspired to evade subpoenaed evidence and testimony. Such conduct is in violation 18 USC § 1512 and commission of crime while in office.
Wherefore, Judge Joe H. Thompson is guilty of crimes and should be removed from office.
How to rid ourselves of bad judges?
In violation of the principles upon which this republic was founded, the allegations against Judge Thompson remain untried because all branches of government refuse to hear cases against judges alleged of crimes.
I have spoken with many members of the Tennessee House of Representatives, and Senate. Many nodded their heads yes we have a problem with corrupt judges, but not a single member will take action. Apparently, they are afraid of the BAR and judiciary, or they are in league with the BAR and judiciary.
I stand alone with the courage to tell the truth and I am unafraid. I know my constitutional rights and I know how to assert them. I know many are suffering the tyranny of our courts and I will not stand idle and ignore my duty to protect the innocent.
As state senator, when elected, I will endeavor with all my being to restore proper oversight of our corrupted judiciary and to restore the rights of all citizens.

Yes impeach this man. We need him gone and to weed out the bad judges in office or anyone in the position of power that isn’t abiding by the laws they agreed to uphold.
This judge will not let my 16-year-old son speak. He forced my son to live with his deadbeat dad in Arizona.
I just found out he is friends with my ex-husband’s lawyer, Butch Moore. How do I go against this biased judge?
Please help.
These Judges combined with the corrupt DA Whitley and HPD are intentionally using their power to falsely imprison and terrorize innocent citizens
