Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.

– Leviticus 26:8, describing blessings for obedience among God’s children

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025 – I hope we can take heart from our labors for liberty in Tennessee suing public officials for breach of trust with a picture of reward for persistence and public holiness.

The overwhelming support for President Trump and the sense of anger and disgust by American voters show their unwillingness to overlook fraud and abuse without end. If voting is all they can do, then vote they did in such numbers as to defeat voter fraud by the party of the barking dogs and celebrate his ascession to office Jan. 20.

Jason Mumpower, state comptroller of the treasury, has no response to my four reports to him about abuse of state office and corruption involving TFRL.

Corrupt deep-state control of Nashville also seems to be thinning. One indicator is the pallid response of corrupt officials serving Gov. Bill Lee to my lawsuit to verturn a scam under color of law..

The resistance of two commissioners to my bid to overthrow a program of corporate capture in industrial scale is nonmuscular, weak and pathetic. I am defending the Tennessee financial responsibility law of 1977 (TFRL) that they use for extortion.

Eight years ago today department of revenue began its big role in mass fraud against the motoring public. Fifteen years prior, in 2002, department of safety and the judicial-industrial complex began abusing the public in protection racket for State Farm, Progressive and dozens of other for-profit auto insurance companies.

To my allegations of fraud and corruption, attorney general Jonathan Skrmetti offers bold repartee for his administrative clients.

The complaint consists of 103 pages, including 143 paragraphs and 60 pages of exhibits. *** Plaintiff has also attached as exhibits an “Affidavit on facts regarding Tennessee financial responsibility law” and “Brief on abrogated laws in support of motion for summary judgment,” which add another fifty-five pages of “facts” and “law” to the Complaint. *** Thus, the Complaint is needlessly verbose, repetitive, and argumentative and should be dismissed as to the State for failure to comply with Rule 8(a).

After this filing, he enters more of a substantive response.

If you think this reply is hilarious and limp, consider the following against my case against “The Guano” and safety Cmsr. Jeff Long.

They have nothing to say. They have no answer. A word count of zero for both Lee appointees. That is the three-judge panel case I’m going to have to ask to be transferred from McMinn County chancery court to Davidson  County chancery, where state commissioners are ordinarily sued.

If I’m wrong in my analysis of T.C.A. § 55-12-101 et seq and -201 et seq, the TFRL, please point out how, sirs. In the state case the men are not even putting up static in their defense.

Neither offers a mighty response of honor and integrity that the state is right and Tulis is wrong.

Under occupation

We are dealing with Midianites, Ammonites, Philistines and Babylonians. “So the satraps, the administrators, the governors, the counselors, the treasurers, the judges, the magistrates and all the officials of the provinces” gather to celebrate, as did they before the image set up by King Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 3:3). We have viziers, lieutenants, prophets, officers, soothsayers, astrologers, and nobles in our country.

Their extortions, bribes, mismanagement, maladministration, misconduct, oppression are all identifiable in Tennessee law, yet they are immune.

The prophets condemn such people in the books of Ezekiel and Jeremiah and the law in Leviticus. Mr. Gerregano oppresses the weak and the poor, the alien and stranger These are people specifically ordered to be protected by the magistrate.

Not only are the magistrates not fulfilling this duty, but they have joined in the oppression. They’re not just failing to act, they are acting in concert with with bandits and gangsters.

My attack on hated traffic stops

To interest Christian people in this sort of controversy is very uphill project. I have suggested for the past year that I belong on a church payroll so that I can do my work in litigation full time. Not even are the city’s most forward-thinking churches, among which I would include Calvary Chapel in Chattanooga, able to deal favorably with my proposition.

None appear led by the Holy Spirit to combine in support of my combat and mercy ministry

What we have to remember is that if we are equipped, we are to do God’s work in our area of expertise, whatever it might be. We are told as Christians to have a vision of the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God might best be described in shorthand as that area of authority and jurisdiction that Christian people obtain unto themselves by obedience to God’s explicit commands and their continuing emphasis on grace and forgiveness on works of charity and self-denial, not having simply pure thoughts and desires but also working outwardly in their respective callings and occupations expanding the claims of the Lord Jesus Christ on the throne, over us and also as he was a man among us by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The kingdom of God is built richly in every area of the national life, in the arts, education, medicine, technology, law, government, energy or finance. God demands that we use his holy laws to get our bearings in works of reform. As result, the world and the people of the world are more prosperous, more comfortable, healthier, freer, their governments less and less oppressive, slavery disappearing, frauds diminished and halted.
