CHATTANOOGA, Tenn, Sept.9, 2022 — Today is the 700th day the county allows itself to violate the infectious disease law in Tennessee, thanks to leave from chancery court and Pamela Fleenor, who took the oath Thursday in an event in which the phrase “so help me God” was uttered more than once.

Judge Fleenor gets another eight years to deliver equity and justice, re-elected without challenge as a Republican. She had the case 201 days, filed Oct. 2, 2020, as the mass piano state grew darker darker and the economy collapsed. The case is now in no man’s land between the court of appeals in Knoxville and the supreme court pending a petition for writ of certiorari and motion for disqualification of four of five justices.
Gov. Bill Lee has practiced nothing if not “leadership.” His in fraud in disobeying T.C.A. § 68-5-104 brought 12,631 jab harms reported at the federal government’s VAERS website, including 930 deaths and 1,081 hospitalizations in Tennessee.
As these officials swear fealty to the constitution and the law, they are responsible for 18 harms per day in Tennessee since the case was filed. Complicity with this mass “public health” fraud seems to reflect evil on every elected official who spoke up not a word during the darkest months of the so called pandemic.
They are responsible for 1.32 deaths a day in the past 700 days.
The Hon. Fleenor, a member of the Tennessee bar, had the case 201 days and issued four orders of dismissal, that high number showing her bad faith and intentional harm, her willingness to abuse me, the relator, and also my belligerence as relator who demanded reconsideration of her initial double orders, one each for Lee and local official Becky Barnes.
She is responsible, over that 201 days, for 62.8 harms per day. She is responsible, over that 201 day period, for 4.62 deaths per day she sat on the case, refusing to obey the rules of equity and the mandamus law at T.C.A. § 29-25-102, and the “forthwith” rule.
Empowered, but refusing to act, Judge Fleenor is responsible for 5.37 hospitalizations per day. Because she refused to do her duty, she can take credit for 273 permanent disabilities per day, as per federal government data.
38,130 deaths and counting
As this data is underreported by a factor of 41X, the minimum deaths attributable to her, in the 201 days she was empowered by the case, is 930 x 41, or 38,130 deaths in Tennessee.
The courts have redefined the rule of law. CDC’s head Rochelle Walensky says this morning the jabs are “extraordinarily safe.” Rather than prosecuting government Bill Lee as defendant, attorney general Herbert Slatery III assigned an attorney, Janet Kleinfelter, to defend him personally and officially. The state’s new AG, Jonathan Skrmetti, took the oath and says in a statement, “I look forward to promoting the rule of law and advocating for the rights and freedoms of all Tennesseans.”
As noted in LifeSite news, COVID shot defenders claim that VAERS offers an exaggerated view of a vaccine’s potential risks, as anyone can submit a report without vetting it, but CDC researchers have acknowledged “high verification rate of reports of myocarditis to VAERS after mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccination,” leading to the conclusion that “under-reporting is more likely” than over-reporting.
Further, VAERS is not the only data source indicating cause for concern. Data from the Pentagon’s Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED) has been similarly alarming, showing that 2021 saw drastic spikes in a variety of diagnoses for serious medical issues over the previous five-year average, including hypertension (2,181%), neurological disorders (1,048%), multiple sclerosis (680%), Guillain-Barre syndrome (551%), breast cancer, (487%), female infertility (472%), pulmonary embolism (468%), migraines (452%), ovarian dysfunction (437%), testicular cancer (369%), and tachycardia (302%).
