Hamilton County has admitted in court that it is violating state law at Tenn. Code Ann. § 68-5-104, and has filed dozens of pages in chancery court and in the court of appeals that are esentially blank, because there is no defense ultimately for ignoring state law, and I caught them in flagranto delicto violating the law that requires health officials to make a “determination” of the origin and cause of so-called SARS-CoV-2, which is reported to be a chemwar or bioweapon developed at the Wuhan lab in China with NIH and federal military funding.

Iffy bed stats of Chattanooga hospitals
A TV-9 story says hospitals are under a strain for being full. “ A new study from Vanderbilt University Medical Center reveals that the Omicron variant has caused record COVID-19 case numbers in Tennessee, putting a strain on healthcare workers as many hospital ICU beds are at or near capacity.” In Chattanooga, she says, “96% of ICU beds are full and 99.6% of total hospital beds are full as of January 22nd, according to the Tennessee Hospital Association.” The reported uses an official falsification of vaccine status. Officially, one is not considered “vaccinated” until two week after the jab, so people sickened by the shots before the 14 days is up are called “unvaccinated.”
“According to Dr. Jay Sizemore, the Medical Director of Infection Prevention at Erlanger, about 70 to 75% of Erlanger’s patients who are hospitalized with COVID-19 are unvaccinated, about 20% are partially vaccinated, and about 5% are boosted.” These numbers cannot be considered reliable, nor the story in any way accurate. The medical cartel in Hamilton County not only denied treatment to hundreds of patients, but is responsible for the deaths of other hundreds, the blame for which the industry has been thus far able to deflect.
‘Genuine conversation’ among pols?
Perhaps some of these issues may come up among Republicans, who have a contested election primary.
Candidate Weston Wamp proposes a debate among Republicans before early voting begins April 13. Qualifying deadline is Feb. 17, and thus far three are announced – the others being Matt Hullander, a businessman from a noted local family (that of county trustee Bill Hullander), and Sabrena Smedley, a county commissioner and real estate agent.
“Voters I speak with are curious about the role of County Mayor and eager to participate in the first contested Republican primary in our county’s history,” says Mr. Wamp in a statement in Chattanoogan.com on Jan. 12. “I look forward to a series of respectful debates and forums with Sabrena and Matt focused on the future of our county.”
Mrs. Smedley said she wants “a genuine conversation about good government among friends and neighbors, not a stiff recitation of soundbites.”
She goes on to say, “I’m always ready to talk about the issues, and I love making authentic connections and listening to people one-on-one. That said, there is clearly a benefit to a set number of high-quality debates, and I look forward to getting those scheduled.”

The central issue that must be faced is whether the next mayor will adhere to the commands of Romans 13, which familiar Bible passage commands the magistrate to be “not a terror to good works, but to evil.” The people of Hamilton County have been terrorized two years under misgovernment, abuse, ultra vires lawless activity by state and local actors, an overthrow of constitutional and democratic institutions. But the GOP candidates are gaslighting the voters into not remembering the disaster, the wargame that went live globally and worked here to bring harm, ruin, sickness and the prospect of mass death and harm — from the jabs.
These forms of deliberate and intentional negligence are why I am a candidate for mayor as an independent.
Embalmers find bizarre clots in dead vax-recipients
In a Rumble exclusive, Dr. Jane Ruby meets with board-certified Embalmer and funeral director, Richard Hirschman who reveals, for the first time ever, arteries and veins filled with unnatural blood clot combinations with strange fibrous materials that are completely filling the vascular system.
Many of the victims reportedly died of heart attacks and strokes. Mr. Hirschman reports that he found resistance when he tried to embalm these jabbed patients, and then found these strange materials and pulled them from the large vessels of the bodies. He also reported that he has gone from seeing 50% of his embalmed cases with these types of blockages rise to almost 80%.

Truck convoy meets mass support
This is really inspirational. Truckers are driving from Vancouver to the capital in Ottawa in a caravan joined by other truckers on the way to protest the mandates. It is like a giant Conga line.
The truckers are extremely powerful. They can shut down the entire country if they feel strongly about something and lucky for us, they feel strongly about this. They are on the right side of history here.
Forcing vaccination is not only potentially lethal for truckers, but it also endangers other vehicles on the road if a trucker has a vaccine induced cardiac arrest at the wheel. Mandating vaccines for truckers, who basically spend virtually all their time isolated from other people, is nonsensical and it puts public safety at risk.
Where is the risk-benefit analysis for truckers? Nobody has seen it.
Kill 117 children to save 1
The calculus here and elsewhere on CV-19 jabs for children is sinister. Says Dr. Toby Rogers: “So, to put it simply, the Biden administration plan would kill 5,248 children via Pfizer mRNA shots in order to save 45 children from dying of coronavirus.”
”For every one child saved by the shot, another 117 would be killed by the shot,” vaccine researcher Steve Kirsch explains. Here’s how Dr. Rogers arrives at this number: “What he did was super simple. He estimated the number of kids likely to die from COVID and assumed the shots would be 80% protective of all those deaths. He extrapolated the death rate from the vaccine from the 12-24 death data in VAERS using a conservative 41 under-reporting factor. It’s no more complicated than that. No rocket science required.”
Shots cause immune system dysregulation
According to Jessica Rose, reviewing a new study about the effect of the CV-19 mRNA shots: “A brand new medRxiv pre-print study entitled: “The BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses” has graced our world.
This paper is so important and it provides evidence to support what many prominent immunologists and vaccinologists have been saying for a long time, including myself. These COVID-19 mRNA injectable products are causing, yes, causing, immune system dysregulation – and not just in the context of the adaptive system, but in the context of the innate system. Not only that, but these findings provide very good reasons as to why we are seeing resurgences of latent viral infections and other adverse events reported in VAERS (and other adverse event reporting systems) and perhaps more importantly, why we should under no circumstances inject this crap into our children. Researcher Steve Kirsch puts the review into context. He does the math and says: “We are left with over 172,000 women in the US who have suffered a spontaneous abortion that was almost certainly caused by the COVID vaccines. I’ve notified the CDC of this, but I don’t expect them to change their policy of recommending the vaccine to pregnant women. I don’t expect the mainstream media to question the CDC on this at all. I’m sure they will all ignore it.”
10X spike in myocarditis after shot
Tawny Buettner, RN, worked in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) of a major children’s hospital in San Diego, California for more than 12 years.
Before the vaccine rollout, they’d see 4 or 5 myocarditis cases a year in the CTICU at the hospital where Tawny Buettner works that she was aware of (see 2:15 in the video).
In the last half of 2021, she is aware of 33 cases (at 4:15 in the video).
That’s an increase of over 10X in the rate of cases of myocarditis cases since the vaccines rolled out.
Not only that, the troponin levels of the kids were extremely high (start watching at 3:15), from the teens to up to the 30’s. Note that after a heart attack your troponin levels might hit 5 and then return to normal after a few days. So these troponin levels were elevated by something more extreme than a heart attack. Those levels can stay elevated for months. Troponin is released when the heart is damaged.
