Hayden Couvillon and David Tulis have just filed a motion saying it is improper and fraudulent for Becky Barnes and her lawyer at the county attorney’s office to file papers with chancery court seeking to demand F$11,000 payment for services in Mrs. Barnes fraud and crime (official misconduct, Tenn. Code Ann. § Title 39-16-402) of disobeying the health law during the purported health state of emergency in Tennessee.
