Investigative journalist says chancery court judge Pamela Fleenor is for the 71st day slow-walking his emergency petition for mandamus to overturn fraud and brazen disobedience to state law by Gov. Bill Lee. David Tulis represents the state on relation and its 6.8 million people, oppressed since March 12 by violation of Tenn. Code Ann. § Title 68-5-104, the law regarding contagions and epidemics. That violation — subsidized, allowed, permitted, effectively endorsed by unjust judge Pam Fleenor — has brought with it a rolling stock of bold constitutional rights abrogations.
