Mary Alice Crapo, 65, has been studying court cases and statutes in her defense of an Airbnb house forbidden by Chattanooga city council and Mayor Andy Berke. She tells David Tulis of NoogaRadio 92.7 FM that she won’t settle the city’s civil prosecution of her as a malefactor in circuit court because that would let an evil law stand and continue to wreak havoc on the property of tens of thousands of other people. The law, she says, must be ruled unconstitutional.

Mary Alice Crapo seeks to restore honor to city attorney's office, obliged to defend a bad ordinance, the Airbnb ban on the Internet.
