Tasing of elderly woman a police ’necessity’; so, too, baseless charges

Cops figure old crone, Martha Al-Bishara of Chatsworth, Ga., may not speak English, but’ll understand taser as they fight to remain safe, get home to their families that night. Here with David Tulis, her highly intelligent grandchildren, Martha Douhne and Timothy Douhne, tell about the stellar law enforcement labors of Chatsworth, Ga., police chief, Josh Etheridge. Constance Jiles of Whitfield County, Ga., and Martha Al-Bishara, hit by a taser, are being prosecuted under a wicked Georgia law, the obstruction statute at O.C.G.A. 16-10-24. What’s wrong with a vague law that turns barked cop commands into “law”? David explains the doctrine of NOTICE and why this law should be overturned as illegal. Without notice (clarity), how can anyone know how to obey such law, or to avoid disobeying it?
