A demand letter to Gov. Bill Lee that I hope registers

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025 – My hand-written personal letter to Gov. Bill Lee is sent by registered mail restricted delivery which means that the U.S. post office delivery man enters the penetralium of state power and awaits for the recipient to emerge, extend his hand and receive in hand my brown 6-inch-by-9-inch manila envelope containing, on yellow paper, an urgent missive in blue ink.

My registered letter with restricted delivery is not, alas, handed to Gov. Bill Lee, but a nearby flak on Jan. 8, 2025.
