CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Jan. 19, 2022 – Hamilton County persists in its role in a war-gamed mass casualty event that has been the real thing since March 2020. It is doling out untested shots under the supervision of the Hamilton County commission, a project with myriad lethal and sublethal effects.

Reports from around the globe indicate a pending disaster in Southeast Tennessee. Hamilton County admits to violating state law in its Covid-19 purported mitigation project. The admissions are made in court filings in my lawsuit in Hamilton chancery court 201 days, starting Oct. 2, 2020.
I sued for petition for writ of mandamus to compel compliance with state law. My pleadings await oral arguments in the court of appeals in Knoxville.
‘Death suddenly when in apparent health’
The people in Hamilton County are protected by a watchdog. The medical examiner, Dr. James Metcalfe, is intended to be an early-warning sentinel for epidemics or mass health events according to law.
The pathologist has refused to respond to my open records request on vaccine injuries.
The law says when he is to spring into action in the interest of public health.
(a) Any physician, undertaker, law enforcement officer, or other person having knowledge of the death of any person from violence or trauma of any type, suddenly when in apparent health, sudden unexpected death of infants and children, deaths of prisoners or persons in state custody, deaths on the job or related to employment, deaths believed to represent a threat to public health, deaths where neglect or abuse of extended care residents are suspected or confirmed, deaths where the identity of the person is unknown or unclear, deaths in any suspicious/unusual/unnatural manner, found dead, or where the body is to be cremated, shall immediately notify the county medical examiner or the district attorney general, the local police or the county sheriff, who in turn shall notify the county medical examiner. ***
(b) *** [T]the body shall not be removed from its position or location without authorization by the county medical examiner. *** No body subject to post-mortem examination as provided by this part shall be embalmed without authorization by the county medical examiner. [Emphasis added]
Tenn. Code Ann. § 38-7-108. Death; suspicious circumstances
Notice the law’s primary obligation is not on the medical examiner, but on other people — they initiate a report to Dr. Metcalfe. The “physician, undertaker, law enforcement officer or other person *** shall immediately notify” the pathologist of the unusual death.
The medical examiner is waiting for a report. Maybe your report of a death?
The law indicates he is a passive mechanism, ready to make post mortem in any suspicious death.
Media reports – or lack thereof – indicate Dr. Metcalfe’s office has done nothing either to investigate a death on its own information, or to respond to a jab death reported by some “other person.” There is no news, in other words, at the health department in downtown Chattanooga or at Dr. Metcalfe’s office that anything is amiss.
The health department says 411,481 county residents have submitted to its gene-altering treatment, and that 198,709 (54%) are “fully vaccinated.” The department has given nearly half a million shots altogether, or 477,352.
Whites are 57 percent jabbed, while African-Americans 39 percent.
The drug industry and the vaccine oligarchs such as Bill Gates have worked extensively in Africa to sterilize the black race, and the high percentage of black inoculations suggests that the history of eugenics against blacks is not widely known. The evidence is laid out in spades by Robert F. Kennedy in his book, The Real Anthony Fauci, which I highly recommend.
Brain, heart problems soar from jab
➤ There is a 60-fold increase in intracranial infections (5/month vs. 1 per year)” since the doses began. “Nobody can figure out why,” says Steve Kirsch. “Only started happening after the vaccines rolled out.”
Says a neurosurgeon,
I just took care of an 11-year-old African American cheerleader *** in amazing health who had a headache. She got worse and mother brought her to my hospital. She was in a coma and had a brain abscess. I had to put a tube in her head to save her life. Pure pus from her head. *** And MRI showed a brain abscess as well as sinusitis, and she had a tooth infection.”
So I called my friend *** and said WTF? She said she operated in five kids like this in the past month! We see normally one a year. We both said at the same time, “Masks!”
➤ The “safe and effective” untested shots worldwide and in Hamilton County, Tenn., tell of reckless participation in mass fraud and a thoroughly war-gamed pandemic and its ultimate goal: Total mass inoculation. A second disturbing problem from the jab: MYOCARDITIS, inflammation of the heart.
Says Steve Kirsch:
VAERS data shows that the rates of myocarditis caused by the vaccine are far greater than the rates caused by COVID (see VaccineEssentials slide 48). According to this CDC MMWR report, “During 2020, the number of myocarditis inpatient encounters (4,560) was 42.3% higher than that during 2019 (3,205).” That’s why the bars in 2019 and 2020 below are about the same height. The incidence rate caused by the vaccine is way higher than for COVID (and it wasn’t caused by “overreporting” as I’ve explained many times before). There is no other way to explain this. This chart is from a published paper by Jessica Rose that was unethically retracted by the journal publisher because it goes against the narrative.
- UK data shows the rates of myocarditis increased after the vaccines. (See VaccineEssentials slide 54.)
- Cardiologists such as Dr. Peter McCullough) confirm that the rates of myocarditis have gone up after the vaccines were rolled out.
- Young kids seem to be getting myocarditis regularly now whereas you’d pretty much never see these cases before the vaccines rolled out. (See VaccineEssentials slide 50.)
- At a private school mentioned by Steve Kirsch lives, the rate of myocarditis after the vaccine roll out is greater than 1 in 100 teenage boys, greater than the rate from COVID.

➤ Hamilton County’s statements about jab injury are fraudulent and not based in science. A doozy:

A: Yes. The COVID-19 vaccines meet the same rigorous safety and effectiveness standards by the FDA as all other types of vaccines in the United States. Several lies boggle this statement on the Hamilton County website. There is no standard for the tests, they are not double-blinded placebo tested according to the minimum scientific standards of proof. The Pfizer version with FDA approval, Cominarty, is not available in the U.S. All shots in Hamilton county are under the EUA, and not “approved.”
The county does ZERO monitoring of safety, adverse reactions, harm or death.
➤ The German government wants to ban Telegram, because citizens use the app to share information about fighting bans on civil liberties. ➤ Nearly 10,000 hospital and clinical employees in Canada have lost their jobs over that nation’s draconian edicts regarding CV-19 jabs. An estimate by True North is based on provincial data and media reports. In British Columbia, four hospitals closed operating rooms for staff shortages.
➤ Tenn. Const. Art. 11, Sect. 16, contains absolute language about the inviolable rights of Tennesseans, promising that the grant of powers to the government have FOREVER “excepted” out of them any act that abrogrates or harms a God-given right of a man or woman in Tennessee.
The declaration of rights hereto prefixed is declared to be a part of the Constitution of the state, and shall never be violated on any pretense whatever. And to guard against transgression of the high powers we have delegated, we declare that everything in the bill of rights contained, is excepted out of the general powers of the government, and shall forever remain inviolate.
State revokes license of truth-telling doc
Dr. Meryl Nass, physician for mRNA inventor Dr. Robert Malone, loses her state-issued license to practice medicine on allegations of prescribing effective medications for her patients and for spreading misinformation, namely a link to an article by Dr. Joseph Mercola. The Maine licensing board sees “immediate jeopardy” in Dr. Nass’ keeping her credentials
The Board concludes that the continued ability of Dr. Nass to practice as a physician in the State of Maine constitutes an immediate jeopardy to the health and physical safety of the public who might receive her medical services, and that it is necessary to immediately suspend her ability to practice medicine in order to adequately respond to this risk.
Dr. Malone says, “She works closely with Children’s Health Defense, and is the one that prescribed Ivermectin for my long COVID – which was effective.”
Dr. Nass prescribed ivermectin (with multiple peer-reviewed meta-analysis and systematic reviews, the highest level of evidence-based medicine) and hydroxychloroquine (the Boulware trial which Mr. Kirsch funded found that HCQ is effective vs. CV-19).
A subsequent analysis by David Wiseman shows the effect is statistically significant.
