CLICK HERE: Take a tour with me of the Airbnb house at 2512 N. Wilder St. in Chattanooga that is being attacked by city government through a citation to city court. The accusation is “STVR certificate required,” but it’s more than that. Mary Alice Crapo is outside the city’s short-term vacation rental district, and thus is forbidden from participating in the Gig City economy. The city won’t give her a certificate at all. Mrs. Crapo has a hearing 8 a.m. in city court Thursday.
