This sketch from a recent church service shows why God’s people are not building the kingdom of God except in the smallest, narrowest sense. The pastor, bottom left, preaches personal sermons —about personal holiness and encouragment. A “bad theology barrier” (pietism) limits the prophetic work. He never takes listeners down the road of reformation or rebuilding, blocked by avowed enemies of the gospel at every step by thorns, thistles and briars of oppressors corporate and governmental. Cultural rebuilding is intergenerational in which God’s people bring an end to great evils they today silently accept (and of which they implicitly approve). ➤ I filed a last pleading in my contested case in department of revenue, hard fought for two years to end a mass fraud run by two Tennessee departments serving Gov. Bill Lee. Christine Lapps, deputy commissioner, rules against my contested case petition, premised on restoration the tag on my 2000 Honda Odyssey minivan. My last entry into the record is a motion to reconsider the final order. The line of argumentation against the clear premise of the law in the 12th chapter of the motor vehicle code and includes such bizarre claims as “the word ‘certified’ is not a defined term for purposes of chapter 12.” Only people with certified motor vehicle liability policies are subject to the Tennessee financial responsibility law of 1977. I will appeal into chancery court Hamilton County, pursuant to the uniform administrative procedures act.
➤ I’m filing notice of appeal in my lawsuit against revenue’s David Gerregano and safety’s Jeff Long in Davidson chancery court for fraud and oppression. Judge Anne Martin says she doesn’t have subject matter jurisdiction to hear the case because the only way she can is appeal of an agency contested case like the one about my van. The case regarding my van, I argued, is not in a hearing with subject matter jurisdiction, and is thus void. A woman of fear and prejudice, she follows revenue and safety conniving to dismiss the action.
➤ By July 7 I will file my 30pp brief in the federal 6th circuit court of appals attacking a most vicious and long-standing American institution, the criminal traffic stop. Tulis v. Bennett contains facts and analysis waived by every previous appellant, namely the administrative nature of “traffic stops.” I sued a deputy and Austin Garrett the sheriff in their personal capacities and Hamilton County saying my arrest for a damaged taillight was false because I had a right to have the movant state exhaust its administrative remedies and the matter was unripe for criminal prosecution. Goal: Decriminalize traffic stops by HCSO, Chattanooga police department and all LEAs in the 6th circuit.
➤ My filing to defeat two vampire lenders argues that two judicial doctrines — Rooker-Feldman and res judicata — are no bar to my case alleging fraud and usury nearing 600 percent APR. State judges such as Kyle Hedrick are often corrupt. They allowed one MCA lender, Flexibility Capital, to attempt to destroy me. U.S. district judge Travis McDonough in Chattanooga has the case, and he appears fair. I filed a motion to transfer the case to U.S. district court Philadelphia, and I fear he will dismiss the case entirely.
