Walk touts bare faces, chin diaper-free shops downtown

A local group plans to target establishments Friday that harass employees by compelling them to wear “chin bibs” if they can’t show their bosses they’ve gotten plugged with the “non-FDA-approved experimental Covid-19 jab.”

TN Neighbors for Liberty says it is urging customers to yank their business if owners don’t change their minds about the utility of covered faces and for employees to quit “oppressive employers” in a seller’s market for labor. The group says face coverings don’t “slow the spread” and widespread inoculations have removed the pressure to “do something — anything,” said Hayden Couvillon, an organizer of Friday’s event.

At 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 11, protesters will meet at 100 Walnut Street to launch a two-hour exposé tour “to celebrate the human face, with all its expressiveness and humanity,” Couvillon said. Members of the group will encourage passersby and patrons to move their business to companies “whose owners won’t force muzzling,” said Couvillon, a student and blogger.

“We support freedom-respecting shops, and think staff people deserve a long-awaited break from tyrannical and useless mask mandates — with no fresh air for eight hours — are you kidding?” he said.
