The CV-19 fraudulent state of emergency in Tennessee since March 12, 2020, has turned people against one another, and directed doctors and their staffs to act wolfishly, beakishly against moms and dads, and patients as awhole. David Tulis is demanding an end to the crisis by an Oct. 2 filing of a petition for writ of mandamus in Hamilton County on grounds of brazen violations of law by Gov. Bill Lee and his coterie of hack local officials. The supreme court accepted his filing Monday, and has remanded it to chancellor Pam Fleenor to issue the writ.
