David, My employer recently e-mailed (I am in Chattanooga) — “There may be something coming out next week asking each employee to attest that he/she has been vaccinated, has not been vaccinated, or prefer to not answer.We are now permitted to ask employees if they are or are not vaccinated.” Of course, this is so they can tell who needs to wear a mask.  Is this not a violation of the HIPPA law?
