Criminal charges
(1.) TITLE 18 U.S.C.$ 242 Deprivation of my Civil Rights “Under The Color Of Law” with him KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY ACTED MALICIOUSLY in BAD FAITH.
(2.) FALSE ARREST is an FELONY ASSAULT on a LAW ABIDING CITIZEN.
(3.) KIDNAPPING I was KIDNAPPED by Officer Hughes handcuffed, Detained UNLAWFULLY against my Free Will, with the THREAT of Lethal Deadly Force or Physical Bodily injury, if i didn’t comply willingly, of Officer Hughes abusing his Official and Personal Capacity of Police Officer, Under The Color Of Law in Bad Faith.
