The aggrieved A****** T****, sui juris, in her proper person, of Tennessee, alleges that Judge Travis Lee of Smyth County, in upholding the sufficiency of the Virginia uniform summons, denied her due process rights. Judge Lee ignored her attack on the form that effectively requires troopers to deny accused parties sufficient notice of the charges against them and to make defense at trial.
