Journalist to city: Halt warrantless arrests that violate law 

Tonight I took my 3 minutes in the public venue to ask city council to respect the rights of the people to be free from warrantless arrest.  By David Tulis / NoogaRadio 92.7 FM My exhortation follows an April 15 administrative notice to City of Chattanooga and to its attorney, Phil Noblett.
