Cops act presumptively many times, hastily many times, and heartlessly many times. Here, an officer shoots an innocent and unarmed woman in the stomach, and orders her to crawl to him. Her male companion, also an innocent, has just been gunned down in the same hotel siege, his family immediately paid F$2 million in compensation. Here’s the rotten story. When will it have been enough?
