The EPA says it intends to regulate aircraft emissions as a pollution harmful to human health. The proposal seems to arise from the environmentally friendly part of the agency. Other elements in that department are complicit with the status quo overseen by the U.S. government. And that status quo involves the dumping of millions of tons of aerosol particulate into the air to alter the planet’s weather, ostensibly in the war against global warming.
